Shipping Information
Our Shipping rates are very simple to understand. All orders are processed and shiped out within 2 bussiness days after order has been placed. It is usually delivered to you within 1 to 5 Business Days after shipment orders within Domestic Areas. Orders from Canada may take upto 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered.
All other international orders may be delivered within 3 to 14 days. For international order, you can only order upto 3 items at a time. It is customer's responsibility for all shipments once it is out of the United States.
Shipping Rates (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO's, FPO's)
All Domestic orders are now FREE Shipping within U.S. Territories.
An order from Canada, we charge $14.95 flat if order is under $199.
An order over $199, shipping is FREE within Canadian Territories.
We are Sorry! Express Mail (Next Day Service) is not available.
For all international orders, we charge flat rate of $39.99 for shipping
Return Policy
Baebbe.com will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within two weeks(14 Days) of purchase from the day that you received the shipment. You must request us a RMA Number before any return occurs. To request a RMA Number, email us at customersevice@baebbe.com along with the order number and your full name. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charge occurs. Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective.
Please follow these steps to make a return or exchange by mail.
• Request RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) form by e-mail before any return. We will send you a RMA number within Two Bussiness Days.
• Pack and seal your return securely if possible and include the original invoice.
• Right Down the RMA Number On top of the package.

*All packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. When sending items, we advise you using an insured carrier such as Federal express or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily.
